The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solänget this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pretty Child sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Appeal Applause sprinted to the front.




Appeal Applause was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Kvarngärdets Idun looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Kvarngärdets Idun looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Appeal Applause won. Kvarngärdets Idun came in second. Electric Baby caught third place.
