One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Beat It was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Dead Ship sprinted to the front.




Carlos Sledgehammer looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sparrow's Cry couldn't come out from behind the leader, Dead Ship.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dead Ship today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Candidato Pegasos gallopped for 30 m.




Dead Ship kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Sparrow's Cry litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Beat It never caught up with Sparrow's Cry who won. Bonfree came third.
