It had been raining for several days at Rättvik but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Dietrich Hof took the lead after a very quick start. Bol Valley suddenly started to galop. Fredrik Linder had to struggle to get Bol Valley to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

The leader got disturbed by something and Black Sabbath took the lead rather easily. driver couldn't keep Active Snake to trotting so they were disqualified.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Black Sabbath followed by Dietrich Hof and Bol Valley. Lane two Siggiewi followed by Gold Glowing Stardust and Charming Soldier. Gold Glowing Stardust started to gallop after 1500m and Peter M Andersson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Black Sabbath was still in the lead after 2000m.

Black Sabbath kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Dietrich Hof sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
