The weather had been good all week and Hagmyren was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stay could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tropical Twister sprinted to the front.




A Perfect World sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one A Perfect World followed by Tropical Twister and Stay. Lane two Lucky Sky followed by Ghostdancing Dynamite and Stunning Orchid.



A Perfect World kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Tropical Twister sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
