One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Just Thrasher found a gap and took the lead. Growing Tank followed before Tobaco Trader.




This is the positions after 500m. Tobaco Trader, Growing Tank, Just Thrasher, Sleeping Girl, Elegant Cake, Growing Mountain, Stifling Top, Windy Maid.




Just Thrasher sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Elegant Cake was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Tobaco Trader looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Tobaco Trader was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Growing Tank suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Just Thrasher never caught up with Growing Tank who won. Growing Mountain came third.
