The sun was shining on Dannero today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frozen Electra found a gap and took the lead. Barefoot Gold followed before Speeding Paladin.




Barefoot Gold saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Barefoot Gold was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Speeding Paladin was first on the homestretch followed by Barefoot Gold and Frozen Electra.






Barefoot Gold never caught up with Speeding Paladin who won. Frozen Electra came third.
