The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hell Patrol could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Sliding Bullet saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Light Beard started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Light Stone took the lead rather easily.



The leader got disturbed by something and Mr Burbon took the lead rather easily.






Mr Burbon didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
