One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nicostrato sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Antti Teivainen wanted a little to much in the start and Nicostrato galoped for 50 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Swinging Whirlwind sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Nicostrato suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Good Looking Lieutenant galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Nicostrato looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Nicostrato sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Nicostrato sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






No-one could catch Nicostrato today who won before Jumping Thought and Van Tovermacht.
