Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Biri track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Light Lovebreaker sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Andre H Stensen wanted a little to much in the start and Light Lovebreaker galoped for 30 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Cardiff Hitchhiker started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Dribbling Hero looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Adventurous Beard couldn't come out from behind the leader, Light Lovebreaker.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Light Lovebreaker today. It continued in the lead.



Light Lovebreaker looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Adventurous Beard won the race after a spectacular finish.
