One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Transformer was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Transformer was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Uncle Sam started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Perfect Biscuit was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Transformer was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Transformer followed by Starshine Daffodil and Decisive Action. Lane two Uncle Sam followed by Perfect Biscuit and Solid Devil. Starshine Daffodil galloped for 30 m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Decisive Action gallopped for 20 m.



Transformer looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Leif Eriksson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Starshine Daffodil started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Uncle Sam won. Transformer came in second. Perfect Biscuit caught third place.
