It had been raining for several days at Årjäng but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sir Excellent took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Danskenacke, Ultime Survivre, Shy Bomb, Helpful Stone, Hard To Catch, Just Wave, Sir Excellent, Perfect Miracle.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Just Wave looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Danskenacke seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Danskenacke looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Perfect Miracle sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
