Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Bergsåker track was in top-condition.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Mépris took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Mépris suddenly started to galop. Ulf Ohlsson had to struggle to get Mépris to tror again and succeded after 30 m.
The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of
Mépris who started to galop and lost 30 m.

Summer looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Honourable
Satellite couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Remote Bootleg. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop
Remote Bootleg today. It continued in the lead.
Remote Bootleg was still in the lead after 2000m.
Starshine
Necklace was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.
Remote Bootleg kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
No-one could catch
