One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Solid Runner was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Loyal Puma sprinted to the front.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Loyal Puma was still in the lead after 1500m.

Jokey´s Nightmare suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Solid Runner galop. Solid Runner lost 30 m.

Loyal Puma made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Jokey´s Nightmare.
