One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Giresse tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Dragon Larockma that came steaming ahead.

Superman Joe took the lead after 1000m. Criminal Donkey didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Criminal Donkey accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Sliding Legend put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Sliding Legend kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Principe Di Volata sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
