The weather had been good all week and Visby was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Quick Bullet could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Fighting Piece started to galop and lost 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Fighting Piece sprinted to the front.

Sad Lion sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Tranquil Viper showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Quick Bullet accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Digital Ink galloped way to long and was disqualified. Fighting Piece speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Sad Lion won. Fighting Piece came in second. The Lizards Are Desolate caught third place.
