Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Sørlandet track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Starshine Lipstick took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Still Useless sprinted to the front.




Still Useless clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Glowing Starshine suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Still Useless was still in the lead after 1500m. Glowing Starshine galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



Still Useless sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Still Useless galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Starshine Lipstick sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
