One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Etalon Rapide could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Ulf Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Clever Thrasher galoped for 30 m. When the startcar left the field Putte started to galop and lost 50 m. When the startcar left the field Slow Thinking started to galop and lost 20 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Slow Thinking started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Walking Diva looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dominant Fist couldn't come out from behind the leader, Etalon Rapide.




Dominant Fist looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Dominant Fist kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Dominant Fist was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Clever Thrasher won. Etalon Rapide came in second. Walking Diva caught third place.
