The weather had been good all week and Karlshamn was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Charmante Pegasos was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Süssigkeiten saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Süssigkeiten clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Waste Of Colours galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Süssigkeiten was still in the lead after 1500m.



Süssigkeiten looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Süssigkeiten won the race after a spectacular finish.
