The weather had been good all week and Skellefteå was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Happy Play. Sly Dribbler ended up behind the leader. Shasta Daisy got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Perfect Biscuit galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Wedding Bell quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Light Mind took the lead after 1000m. Sly Dribbler didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Happy Play galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Light Mind was still in the lead after 1500m.



Light Mind sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Sly Dribbler made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Perfect General.
