The weather had been good all week and Skellefteå was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Elegant Trap. Criminal Speed ended up behind the leader. Criminal Mambo got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Mademoiselle Cherie was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

Mademoiselle Cherie saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Handy Gentleman who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Criminal Speed sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Criminal Mambo was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Waving Box saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Waving Box sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

With only a little left of the race Mademoiselle Cherie galoped for 10 m. Waving Box looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Waving Box galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.

Criminal Mambo sprinted over the finishline before Empire On Fire and Elegant Trap.
