One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Falling Meadow could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Jörgen Sjunnesson wanted a little to much in the start and Light Mind galoped for 30 m. Hans Crebas wanted a little to much in the start and Flea Kiedis galoped for 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Ferocious Lion sprinted to the front.




Handy Platinum looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Falling Meadow couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ferocious Lion.




Falling Meadow accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Famous Sunflower galloped for 40 m.



Falling Meadow kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Handy Platinum sprinted over the finishline before Light Mind and Falling Meadow.
