One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Carolus Rex Larockma was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Guard Of Ottawa sprinted to the front. driver couldn't keep Paregel Cherry to trotting so they were disqualified.

Icebreaker took the lead after 1000m. Focke-Wulf Larockma didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Icebreaker was still in the lead after 1500m.

Focke-Wulf Larockma suddenly took over the lead.

Guard Of Ottawa suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Fast Band won the race after a spectacular finish.
