The sun was shining on Lapua today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Indian Queen. Criminal Stud ended up behind the leader. Rugged Printer got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Snapple Apple quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Parfait looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Frangelico couldn't come out from behind the leader, Snapple Apple.



Dove Smooth looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Frangelico couldn't come out from behind the leader, Snapple Apple.

Antti Teivainen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Indian Queen started to galopp and lost 10 m. Heikki Hietanen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Composite Mass started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Parfait won. Rugged Printer came in second. Dove Smooth caught third place.
