One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Alestorm could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. McDermott suddenly started to galop. Björn Goop had to struggle to get McDermott to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




Power Piece saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Normand Larockma sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Power Piece accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Power Piece kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.




Power Piece was safely in the lead after 2500m.



Power Piece looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






McDermott made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Power Piece.
