One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Old Boulder tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Fly Me High that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Rugged Sniper sprinted to the front.




Heavenly Closet looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Anbetungswürdig Sieg couldn't come out from behind the leader, Rugged Sniper.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Rugged Sniper followed by Old Boulder and Fly Me High. Lane two Anbetungswürdig Sieg followed by Zacharie and Heavenly Closet.



Anbetungswürdig Sieg litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Rugged Sniper made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Zacharie.
