One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Roentgenio Vox was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Roentgenio Vox started to galop and lost 40 m. driver couldn't keep Sophisticated Maid to trotting so they were disqualified.

Blancheflour quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Fast Pirate took the lead after 1000m. Roentgenio Vox didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Roentgenio Vox accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Blancheflour galloped for 20 m.

Roentgenio Vox sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

With only a little left of the race Platinum Legend galoped for 40 m. Loyal Beard galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Roentgenio Vox sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Jörgen Berglund tried a little too much on the homestretch and Blancheflour started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Vleugelloos never caught up with Roentgenio Vox who won. Smiling Sunshine came third.
