One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Watch Them Come was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Starksomfan Pegasos started to galop and lost 50 m. Lookastar was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Stefan Söderkvist wanted a little to much in the start and Charmante Pegasos galoped for 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Starksomfan Pegasos sprinted to the front. Starksomfan Pegasos was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Charmante Pegasos looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Watch Them Come couldn't come out from behind the leader, Starksomfan Pegasos.

Watch Them Come sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
