One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Barone Giglia was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

This is the positions after 500m. Brave Speed, Sowing Pie, Platinum Beard, Barone Giglia, Sookie, Falling Architecture, Labrador, Entering The Building. Entering The Building was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Clachnacuddin started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Platinum Beard sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Platinum Beard was still in the lead after 1500m.

Sookie was first on the homestretch followed by Labrador and Platinum Beard.

driver couldn't keep Clachnacuddin to trotting so they were disqualified.

Platinum Beard sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
