The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Drammen this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cheerful Rocket sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Active Piece quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Active Piece clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Active Piece was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Cheerful Rocket gallopped for 20 m.



Active Piece kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Cheerful Rocket galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Confident Arraow sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
