The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Hankasalmi this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Badromance could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Akseli Lahtinen wanted a little to much in the start and Big Dynamite galoped for 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Fort Knox, Just A Boy, Baltus, Honourable Night, Badromance, The Lonely One, Teddy Tango, Embassy Caviar.




Just A Boy sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Just A Boy today. It continued in the lead. Embassy Caviar galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Just A Boy didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Just A Boy kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Badromance won the race after a spectacular finish.
