One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lome Pinto tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Ultra Pascal that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Old Energy, Macgyver Hoof, Boston Box, Daria Larockma, Super Pegasos, Ultra Pascal, Carlos Ferrari, Lome Pinto.




Boston Box looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Lome Pinto couldn't come out from behind the leader, Old Energy.




Lome Pinto looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Ultra Pascal seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Ultra Pascal were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Daria Larockma won the race after a spectacular finish.
