One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Jamaica Beach. Gorgeous Bouquet ended up behind the leader. Veuve Clicquot got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Veuve Clicquot saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Veuve Clicquot was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Weinig Wonder suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Gorgeous Bouquet accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Jamaica Beach speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Big Admiral was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.

Gorgeous Bouquet won the race after a spectacular finish.
