It had been raining for several days at Axevalla but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Beautiful Diamant could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Sick Piano quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Smiling Tropic sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Not A Stallion suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Smiling Tropic today. It continued in the lead.

Sick Piano suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused The Queen galop. The Queen lost 10 m.

Smiling Tropic made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before My Moment.
