The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Bjerke this day. The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Merci Encore. Fighting Sound ended up behind the leader. Call Money got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Merci Encore was in fine shape and held the lead. Call Money started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Fighting Sound looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Powerful Platinum couldn't come out from behind the leader, Merci Encore. Merci Encore was still in the lead after 1500m. Sliding Rocker was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Merci Encore looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Merci Encore kept the speed the whole finish and won before Fighting Sound and Powerful Platinum. Results
