One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Glittering Knockout. Travelling Sunflower ended up behind the leader. Dancing Lemon got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Thomas Dalborg wanted a little to much in the start and Finding Family galoped for 50 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Moonlight Venus, Finding Family, Dancing Lemon, Sneaking Fiber, Floating Twister, Travelling Sunflower, Glittering Knockout, Breaking Needle.

Glittering Knockout looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dancing Lemon couldn't come out from behind the leader, Moonlight Venus.

Glittering Knockout saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Travelling Sunflower gallopped for 40 m. Sophisticated Breath galloped for 20 m.

Glittering Knockout were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Travelling Sunflower galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Glittering Knockout kept the speed the whole finish and won before Dancing Lemon and Floating Twister.
