One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Because Rose could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Markku Nieminen wanted a little to much in the start and Little Magician galoped for 50 m.




Ginola quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Croissant showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Ginola was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Ginola was still in the lead after 1500m. Rolling Fox galloped for 30 m.



Ginola sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Sliding Striker sprinted over the finishline before Because Rose and Ginola.
