The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Bodø this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Royal Athena tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Chambolle Musigny that came steaming ahead. Calming Sniper suddenly started to galop. Lars Anvar Kolle had to struggle to get Calming Sniper to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




Light Mustache quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. driver couldn't keep Growing Piece to trotting so they were disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Calming Sniper accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Light Mustache gallopped for 40 m.



With only a little left of the race Chambolle Musigny galoped for 30 m. Calming Sniper kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Calming Sniper today who won before Royal Athena and Light Mustache.
