It had been raining for several days at Drammen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Moonlight Maid tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Lumbye Hof that came steaming ahead.

Pretty Needle saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Lumbye Hof took the lead rather easily. Moonlight Maid galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Troubling Sun suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Help saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Schymberg Hof galloped for 10 m.

Help didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Lumbye Hof gallopped 10 m after 2000m.

Athletic Steel suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Athletic Steel didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
