One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Bol Paradigm. Rocking Technology ended up behind the leader. Rebel Face got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Call Money started to galop and lost 30 m.

Hard Rocket saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Rebel Face who started to galop and lost 20 m.

Expert And Desolate looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Bol Paradigm couldn't come out from behind the leader, Der Maschinist.

Royal Blood accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Hard Rocket started to gallop after 1500m and Stein Egil Nervik had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Royal Blood looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Stein Egil Nervik tried a little too much on the homestretch and Hard Rocket started to galopp and lost 30 m.

Bol Paradigm sprinted over the finishline before Der Maschinist and Royal Blood.
