One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Backstabbing Orchid found a gap and took the lead. Modest Rocket followed before Monday Sunset.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Modest Rocket sprinted to the front.




Modest Rocket was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Modest Rocket was still in the lead after 1500m.




Modest Rocket sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Modest Rocket were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Modest Rocket was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Winner of todays race was Backstabbing Orchid. Monday Sunset came in second. Modest Rocket became third.
