One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Wandering Starshine found a gap and took the lead. Ridgehead Cahore followed before Staro Perfect.

Jo Jo Wibb saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Jo Jo Wibb clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Victory Hilly looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Wandering Starshine took the lead.

Wandering Starshine sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Victory Hilly galop. Victory Hilly lost 10 m.

Staro Perfect made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Wandering Starshine.
