The weather had been good all week and Romme was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Strong Hero could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Snibb sprinted to the front.

In The Flow looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Flying Miracle couldn't come out from behind the leader, Snibb.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Snibb today. It continued in the lead.

Flying Miracle was first on the homestretch followed by Snibb and In The Flow.

Final standings. 1 Doctor No, 2 Flying Miracle, 3 Listening Rocket.
