The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Romme this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Amoros Cherry was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. This is the positions after 500m. Quick Behemoth, Øst Hen til Vest, Mårran Cherry, Rolling Wave, Amoros Cherry, Thunder Legend, Printing Solution, Falling Maid. Falling Maid started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Mårran Cherry sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Mårran Cherry today. It continued in the lead. Amoros Cherry started to gallop after 1500m and Mike Lachance had to struggle to get it back in trotting. With only a little left of the race Quick Behemoth galoped for 40 m. Mårran Cherry were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Thunder Legend sprinted over the finishline before Amoros Cherry and Printing Solution. Results
