One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lennon could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Active Piece suddenly started to galop. Alexander Heisholt had to struggle to get Active Piece to tror again and succeded after 20 m.




Outspoken Gladiator was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Calming Dribbler started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Active Piece was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Lennon never caught up with Independant Action who won. Active Piece came third.
