The sun was shining on Arvika and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Faser Aus Gold was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Corky quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Brown Momentum who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Pretty Pie looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Oliwer Pegasos couldn't come out from behind the leader, Corky.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Corky today. It continued in the lead.




Corky was still in the lead after 2000m. Platinum Beard was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m.



With only a little left of the race Windy Nutcracker galoped for 30 m. Corky were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Windy Nutcracker galop. Windy Nutcracker lost 10 m.




Faser Aus Gold sprinted over the finishline before Corky and Pretty Pie.
