Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Solvalla track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Amazing Rose took the lead after a very quick start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Sad Band sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Amazing Rose accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Amazing Rose looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Sad Band won. Honourable Satellite came in second. Intelligent Sniper caught third place.
