One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Opposing Rocket took the lead after a very quick start. Øystein Tjomsland wanted a little to much in the start and Opposing Rocket galoped for 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Flower Thinker sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Opposing Rocket accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Opposing Rocket kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Giant Cruise galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Opposing Rocket sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Petite Player made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Opposing Rocket.
