One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Silver Pepper could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Silver Pepper was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Silver Pepper today. It continued in the lead.




Silver Pepper was still in the lead after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Light Beard galoped for 40 m. Silver Pepper were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Close Beard was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Marcus Sundberg tried a little too much on the homestretch and Meoth started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Silver Pepper kept the speed the whole finish and won before Francine and Platinum Satellite.
