It had been raining for several days at Dannero but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sandman took the lead after a very quick start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Sandman were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Rouleur never caught up with Sandman who won. Ferocious Lizard came third.
