One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Punch could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Whiskey quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Whiskey today. It continued in the lead.



Whiskey kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Speedy Thinking won. Punch came in second. Whiskey caught third place.
